Q. What do you mean by 'independent bookseller'?
A: We don't receive grants or public funding from e.g. the Welsh Books Council, Arts Council etc.
Q. How long will it take my book to arrive?
A: Books sold in the UK are distributed from our Warehouse in South-East Wales and typically arrive in 2-3 working days from the point of sale, though there might be sometimes an additional day or two for newly published books. Books sold overseas are printed to order and may take a little while longer to arrive, depending on the size of the order and your chosen postage option.
Q. I think you should publish my favourite author...
A: Great idea! Let us know at post@melinbapur.cymru and we'll see what we can do.
Q. Will you publish my book?
A: Maybe! We're keen to hear from anyone who's written anything in Welsh, translated anything into Welsh, or written or translated a book in any language with a Welsh subject or relevance. Get in touch at post@melinbapur.cymru.
Q. I am a bookseller and would like to stock your books - can I?
A: You absolutely can! Get in touch at post@melinbapur.cymru and we'll see what we can do.
Q. I would like to let you know about an issue with a book or an order.

Q. Are your books available as eBooks?
A: Yes! You can buy our books as eBooks from the common providers like Kindle bookstore, Apple Books and many more. We will endeavour to publish eBooks around the same time as the paperbacks; however it may not be possible to make all books available as eBooks due to issues relating to publishing rights.
Q. I think the work you are doing is really important. How can I support you?

Q. I live outside the UK, can I buy your books?
A: Currently we can dispatch books to the UK, EU, US and Australia. Our books will be printed and posted from a provider within the respective country/EU and our postage charges reflect what they charge us to dispatch book(s) to those locations. If you live outside these areas you cannot currently buy books from this site; however you should be able to find all our books on the common online booksellers.
Q. I bought a Melin Bapur book from Amazon, eBay etc. and there is an issue.
A: If there is an issue with your order / delivery or the item arrives damaged, or if you want a refund for whatever reason you will need to contact the site from which you purchased the book, as unfortunately we cannot assist with orders made from other sites. If there is an issue with a printing error or with the content of the book itself, email us on post@melinbapur.cymru to let us know (Please note we cannot offer refunds for books purchased through other channels; you will need to contact the site from which you purchased the book in question).
